Print-on-Demand Products

• Many of our items are made-to-order using print-on-demand production. This means your product is specially created for you only after your order has been placed. As a result, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for these items simply due to reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer’s remorse. We strongly encourage you to check the size guide and product details thoroughly before confirming your purchase.

  Returns on Non Print-on-Demand Products

• For products that are not made-to-order, returns may be possible under certain conditions. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Customers must initiate a return request within seven days of delivery. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the return.

  Damaged or Defective Items

• While we maintain strict quality checks, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or has a printing error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly share your order number along with clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund at no extra cost to you.

  Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees, if charged, are non-refundable.

  Shipping Costs

• In the case of returns for non print-on-demand products, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
